La nuit des chimères - Le Mans, France

Every summer, since 2005, the old town of Le Mans is transformed into a stage, offering visitors to the city a spectacular nocturnal journey. Six historical sites of the Cité Plantagenêt come to life in images and music through a series of stunning shows created by Skertzò. ETC supplied, installed and put into operation all of the video projection and PIGI equipment for the different sites. The programming of the shows was accomplished using our Onlyview and Onlycue control systems. The reinstallation and maintenance of the equipment are carried out every year by our technical teams.

  • Cathedral of Saint-Julien forecourt : 1 PIGI DDRA projector and eight 5,000 lumens video projectors controlled using Onlycue and Onlyview.
  • Cathedral of Saint-Julien cheviot : 6 PIGI DDRA projectors controlled by Onlycue.
  • Roman city wall : 7 PIGI DDRA projectors controlled by Onlycue.
  • Queen Berengaria Museum : 1 video projector 3,000 lumens controlled by 1 HD digital player.
  • Saint-Hilaire Palestre : 1 Christie Roadie 25K video projector and one digital HD Dorémi server, plus 2 PIGI DDRM projectors programmed via Onlycue.
  • Banquet at the Conservatory : 2 Christie Roadster S+20K video projectors and three Panasonic 5,000 lumen video projectors controlled using Onlyview.
  • Escalier des ponts neufs : 1 Christie Roadster 18K HD video projector controlled by 1 HD digital player.
