The "Nuits Electrabel"

This year again, the "Nuits Electrabel" delighted visitors by offering them a magical show onto the facade of Brussels’ City Hall during a month. The creators Magic Monkey were inspired by winter festivities to create a family show about 7min passing loop all evening, and a 15min animation which accompanied an opera singer and dancers for three performances every Saturday.
ETC has deployed its technical expertise to cover this landmark and to project images onto sides of the Grand Place with video projectors on lyres.

  • Installation of 8 x 20 k lumens projectors to cast in images the City Hall.
  • Using 2 x 20 K lumens projectors to project images onto sides of the Grand Place .
  • Onlyview, ETC’s multimedia control platform, was used for the programming and reproduction of the show as well as for synchronising the images to the custom soundtrack.
