Walking into the depths - Cité de la mer, Cherbourg, France

The Cité de la Mer is a science and cultural complex dedicated to the discovery of the richness of our oceans. Its latest attraction, “Walking into the Depths”, embarks visitors on a voyage of the great deep.  Four groups of fifteen people are guided through the seven different rooms of the attraction, becoming the heroes of a virtual adventure.  ETC studied, engineered and carried out the attraction’s audio-visual installation, which brought together light, sound, video projection and an interactive image capturing system, all managed by a principal show controller.
